Parts A & B — events under 72 hours Parts A, B & C — 72 hours or more

Parts A & B are required for all Scouts and adults at any Scouting event — covering contact info, insurance, health history, and signatures. This is all that's needed for weekend campouts.

Part C (physician exam) is also required when any of the following apply:

  • • Event lasts 72 hours or more, such as summer camp
  • • High adventure base event
  • • Strenuous or demanding activity
